British Wheel of Yoga 500 Hour Diploma
Wellness Advocate for doTERRA Essential Oils
Lou was a marketing executive in Hollywood for over a decade before she decided to deepen her twelve year yoga practice with an RYT-200 teacher training at LA's leading yoga studio YogaWorks. In April 2015 Lou moved back home to the beautiful village of Dedham to open a retreat centre with yoga studio in The Tallow Factory. Lou completed the three year 500-hour diploma from the British Wheel of Yoga in 2017. Most recently Lou has developed her training with a certificate in Thai Yoga Massage and has also recently discovered doTERRA essential oils, so is now integrating these holistic healing practices into her classes and private one-to-ones. Being fluent in Japanese after living in Japan as a teenager, Lou combines an ever-expanding knowledge of Eastern philosophies with a fascination with the rise of the sacred feminine. ♥
